• PE-1 Aqua: 3% (Alternatively, you can use Pentylene Glycol instead)
• Pro Polymer: 1.5%
• Phenoxyethanol SA: 1%

Regarding your question about replacing PE-1 Aqua due to its smell and texture, the staff recommended using Pentylene Glycol as an alternative. Pentylene Glycol also functions as a penetration enhancer and humectant, so replacing PE-1 Aqua with it (at a similar usage rate, e.g., 3%) should help maintain the efficacy related to skin penetration without the undesirable smell or texture.

General Mixing Steps for Both Formulas:
