Phase A (Water Phase):

• Distilled/Deionized Water: ~60.7 g
• Glycerin: 5 g
• Xanthan Gum: 0.3 g (Hydrate in water phase)

Phase B (Oil Phase):

• Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride: 10 g
• Glyceryl Stearate & PEG-100 Stearate (Emulsifier): 5 g
• Cetyl Alcohol (Thickener/Stabilizer): 2 g

Phase C (Cool Down Phase - Add below 40°C):

• Vitamin A (Retinyl Palmitate) (Product ID 192): 1 g (1%)
• Repair Activator™ (Bifida Ferment Lysate) (Product ID 259): 5 g (5%)
• Pep®-Coll (Palmitoyl tripeptide-5) (Product ID 50): 2 g (2%)
• Matrixyl 3000 (Palmitoyl oligopeptide, Palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7) (Product ID 51): 5 g (5%)
• L-Tyrosine (Wrinkle-Fill™) (Product ID 492): 1 g (1%)
• DMAE (SkinTight MD™) Liquid (Product ID 637): 2 g (2%)
• Preservative (e.g., Phenoxyethanol & Ethylhexylglycerin): 1 g (1%)
• pH Adjuster (e.g., 10% NaOH solution): As needed (add drop by drop to adjust pH to 5.5-6.5)

Instructions:

1. Combine Phase A ingredients and heat to 70-75°C. Ensure Xanthan Gum is fully hydrated.
2. Combine Phase B ingredients and heat to 70-75°C.
3. Slowly add Phase B to Phase A while homogenizing/stirring vigorously for 3-5 minutes.
4. Switch to slow stirring and cool the emulsion.
5. When the temperature drops below 40°C, add Phase C ingredients one by one, mixing well after each addition.
6. Check and adjust the pH to 5.5-6.5.
7. Package the cream.
