I want to make a moisturizing essence for my skin. I have two formulas I'd like to ask about:
Formula 1:
- Rose Petal Water 45%
- Rose Water (Rosa Damascena) 45%
- Double Hyaluron Liquid 10%
Formula 2:
- Rose Petal Water 41%
- Rose Water (Rosa Damascena) 41%
- Double Hyaluron Liquid 10%
- Vitamin B3 4%
- n-acetyl glucosamine 4%
Method for both: Mix all ingredients and shake well. Store in the refrigerator.
I have a few questions regarding these formulas:
- I've substituted Hyaluron Standard molecule with Double Hyaluron Liquid because I already have it. Can these be used interchangeably?
- I've replaced plain water with both types of Rose Water as listed in the formulas above. Can Rose Water be used instead of plain water?
- For both formulas, is it correct that I don't need to add a preservative because the total percentage of Rose Water exceeds 60%?
