Question

Regarding the following list of ingredients and their percentages, can they all be combined? I would like the resulting product to be a lightweight gel or cream. I am looking for results including skin brightening, skin lifting/tightening, and wrinkle reduction for someone aged 55. If possible, I would like to order a trial production.
