Formula Suitability for Combination Skin

Your revised formula focuses heavily on hydration with Double Hyaluron Liquid and Glycerin, and includes brightening ingredients like Alpha Arbutin, Tranexamic Acid, and Safe-B3™ (Niacinamide).

• Hydration: Double Hyaluron Liquid and Glycerin are excellent humectants that draw moisture into the skin. This is beneficial for dry areas of combination skin.

Mixing Instructions

The good news is that all the ingredients in your revised formula are water-soluble, making the mixing process straightforward. You do not need to use heat.

1. Measure out the required amount of Distilled Water.
2. Add Alpha Arbutin, Tranexamic Acid, Double Hyaluron Liquid, Safe-B3™ (Niacinamide), and Glycerin to the distilled water.
3. Stir or mix gently until all powders are completely dissolved and the liquids are evenly dispersed.
4. Once the mixture is uniform, add the Phenoxyethanol (preservative) and stir to combine.
5. Check the pH of the final product. For optimal stability and efficacy of Alpha Arbutin and Tranexamic Acid, the pH should ideally be between 3.5 and 6.5 (Alpha Arbutin) or 3-8 (Tranexamic Acid). Safe-B3™ is stable between 3-8. Phenoxyethanol works between 2-9. Aiming for a pH in the 4.0-6.5 range would be ideal for all active ingredients. You may need to adjust the pH using a suitable pH adjuster if necessary.

Ensure all ingredients are fully dissolved before proceeding to the next step. Store the final product in a clean container.
