Can a formula containing Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate (Pitera) be mixed, and is it necessary to add Phenoxyethanol SA (Optiphen Plus) as an additional preservative?

Based on the staff's response, your proposed formula can be mixed. However, the staff advises that you do not need to add the Phenoxyethanol SA (Optiphen Plus) preservative because the Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate (Pitera) already contains a preservative from the manufacturer. Therefore, you can omit the Phenoxyethanol SA from your formulation.
