I am formulating a water-based product and included Reservoir-Tech and a preservative in my formula. Can you review my formula for compatibility and suitability, especially regarding Reservoir-Tech and the preservative?

Based on the staff's feedback, your second formula is mostly acceptable. However, Reservoir-Tech should be removed as it does not dissolve directly in water and is meant for gel or cream bases. The other ingredients in your formula are compatible. Using Phenoxyethanol SA as the preservative is suitable.
