This formula is designed for combination to oily, acne-prone skin with concerns like blackheads, clogged pores, large pores, acne scars, uneven texture, and sensitivity. It functions as both a facial cleanser and makeup remover.

Formula:

1. Sulfate Free Shampoo Base (pH 7, Clear, Foaming): 33.2%
2. Coco Wash™ (PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate): 5%
3. MakeUp-Wash™ (PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides): 10%
4. SugarThick™ (PEG-120 Methyl Glucose Dioleate): 3%
5. Poly-Conditioner Easy: 2%
6. Glycerin 99.5%: 5%
7. 1,3-Propanediol (Natural): 5%
8. Dimethyl Isosorbide (DMI): 3%
9. Encapsulated Salicylic Acid (Liquid, Timed-Release, Wash-Off): 3.3%
10. Aloe Vera Extract (extraction ratio 10:1 FullAssay™): 3%
11. Calendula Extract (Water Soluble): 5%
12. Allantoin: 0.5%
13. Chamomile Water (Anthemis Nobilis): 20%
14. PaeoniaPreserve™ (Natural Preservative): 2%
15. Purified Water: 0.5%

Total: 100.0%

Instructions:

1. In a beaker, combine Chamomile Water, Purified Water, Glycerin, 1,3-Propanediol, Aloe Vera Extract, Calendula Extract, and Allantoin. Stir gently until Allantoin is fully dissolved. Gentle warming (below 60°C) can help dissolve Allantoin if needed.
2. Add Sulfate Free Shampoo Base, Coco Wash™, and MakeUp-Wash™ to the mixture. Stir slowly and gently to minimize foaming.
3. Gradually add SugarThick™ while stirring gently until the desired gel consistency is achieved. Warming the mixture slightly (50-60°C) before adding SugarThick™ can help it dissolve faster, but ensure the temperature is below 60°C to protect other ingredients.
4. Add Poly-Conditioner Easy and stir until evenly distributed.
5. Add Dimethyl Isosorbide and Encapsulated Salicylic Acid. Mix thoroughly.
6. Finally, add PaeoniaPreserve™ and stir gently to incorporate.
7. Check the pH of the final product. The ideal pH range for this type of cleanser is typically between 5.0 and 6.0 for optimal skin compatibility and Salicylic Acid effectiveness. Adjust with a few drops of Lactic Acid or Triethanolamine if necessary.
8. Package the gel cleanser in a suitable container.
