Gel Thickeners for Fast-Absorbing, Non-Sticky Serum (Cold Process)

For creating a fast-absorbing, non-sticky serum gel without using heat, consider the following options:

• SepGEL 305: This is a thickener and emulsifier that works without heat (cold process). It's easy to use and suitable for serums. Note that it does not tolerate electrolytes.
• Sepimax Zen: A highly tolerant thickener (salt and pH) that can be mixed into the water phase without heat to create a gel texture.
• CreamMaker EG™: Suitable for cold process formulations and can be used in serums. It provides a soft and light feel with good absorption.

If you can use low heat (40-50°C), Reshape Gel™ is another excellent option. It creates a gel texture that is not sticky and absorbs well into the skin.
