Gentle Aloe Vera Gel Cleanser Formula for Dry, Sensitive Skin

Here is a suggested formula for a gentle gel facial cleanser with Aloe Vera, suitable for dry and sensitive skin. This formula utilizes a pre-made Aloe Vera gel base for ease of formulation and includes soothing extracts.

Formula:

• Aloe Vera Gel (Lite): 60%
• Powderly Foam™: 15%
• Calendula Extract (Water Soluble): 3%
• Purified Water: 22%
• pH Adjuster (e.g., Citric Acid or Sodium Hydroxide solution): adjust pH to 5.0-6.0 if needed

Instructions:

1. Combine Purified Water and Calendula Extract. Stir until homogeneous.
2. Add Aloe Vera Gel (Lite) and Powderly Foam™ to the mixture. Stir gently to avoid creating too much foam.
3. Check the pH of the final product. If it is outside the range of 5.0-6.0, adjust using a few drops of pH adjuster solution until the desired pH is reached.
4. Package the gel cleanser.
