5. Continue stirring or mixing until the cream cools down to below 40°C.
6. Add the preservative and mix well.
7. You can adjust the thickness or texture by increasing or decreasing the proportion of BTMS and Cetearyl Alcohol in subsequent trials.

• Rinse the conditioner/treatment thoroughly, especially around the hairline and back.

• If you still experience issues, consider reducing the amount of Cetearyl Alcohol or other fatty alcohols in the formula, or choose different thickening agents that are more suitable for your skin type.
