To measure the pH of a finished product that has solidified, you can do so by diluting the product in purified water to bring it into a liquid state suitable for measurement.

• Dilution Method: Take the solidified product and mix it with Purified Water in a sufficient amount to dissolve or disperse the product until it becomes a liquid.
• Dilution Ratio:
  • If you want to know the pH value for general skin compatibility, dilute until it becomes liquid, ensuring the amount of water does not exceed 10 times the amount of the cream/product.
  • If the measurement is for manufacturing quality control, a specific dilution protocol should be established and used consistently for every measurement. For example, you might define mixing 1 part product with 5 parts distilled water before measuring the pH with a pH meter.

This dilution process helps ensure that the pH meter can measure the value accurately.
