How to Prepare 10% SugarThick™ Solution for pH Measurement

To prepare a 10% water solution of SugarThick™ for pH measurement as indicated in the COA, follow these steps:

1. Preparation: Weigh 10 grams of SugarThick™.
2. Dissolving: Add the 10 grams of SugarThick™ to 90 grams of water (preferably distilled or deionized water for accuracy). Heat the water to a temperature between 50-60°C to help dissolve the SugarThick™, as it melts and becomes liquid in this range. Stir slowly until completely dissolved.
3. Cooling: Allow the solution to cool down to room temperature (around 25°C).
4. pH Measurement: Once the solution has cooled to room temperature, measure the pH using a calibrated pH meter.

Avoid overheating the solution, as this can affect the quality of the SugarThick™.
