1. Analysis of the Current Issues

• Low Foam: The recommended usage rate for SweetWash™ Hand is 45-55%. Using it at only 35% results in a low concentration of active surfactants, which directly causes the lack of foam.
• Slippery Feel: The primary surfactant in this base is Coco Glucoside. While it is very gentle and natural, glucoside-based surfactants are known for leaving a "filmy" or slippery sensation on the skin after rinsing, as they do not provide the "squeaky clean" feel that some users prefer.

2. Recommendations for Improvement

To increase foam and reduce the slippery feel, you should increase the base concentration and add secondary surfactants:

1. Increase the Base Concentration: Adjust the SweetWash™ Hand usage to at least 45-50% to reach the effective cleaning and foaming threshold.
2. Add a Foam Booster: Adding Cocamidopropyl Betaine will help create a more stable, fine, and voluminous foam.
3. Improve Rinse-off Feel: Adding an anionic surfactant like Cond-Foam™ (Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate) or Creamy Foamer™ (Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate) will significantly improve the skin feel, making it easier to rinse off and reducing the slipperiness while further boosting foam.

4. Mixing Instructions

1. Mix SweetWash™ Hand with the secondary surfactants (Cocamidopropyl Betaine and Cond-Foam™ or Creamy Foamer™).
2. Slowly add water while stirring gently to avoid creating excessive air bubbles.
3. Add fragrance and preservative, then stir until clear.
