Information about Pure-Adenosine™

• Product Form: Pure-Adenosine™ is sold only in pure powder form, not pre-mixed in a solvent.
• Solubility and Mixing: This product is water-soluble up to 0.5% and not soluble in oil. Therefore, mixing it in distilled water alone may not allow you to achieve concentrations of 0.75% or 1% and may not disperse well. It should be dispersed in a cream or gel base with a pH between 3.5-6.5, as recommended for cosmetic use.
• Use of Liposomes: The product information recommends dispersing Pure-Adenosine™ in a cream or gel base. While liposomes are delivery systems that might potentially enhance absorption, mixing in a cream or gel base is the recommended method according to the product data.
• Calculating Required Amount: To mix Pure-Adenosine™ to achieve a concentration of 0.75% or 1.0% in a cosmetic base (such as cream or gel), you can calculate the amount of powder needed as follows:
  • Amount of powder (grams) = (Desired concentration % / 100) * Total weight of formulation (grams)
  • Example: If you want to make a 100g formulation:
    • For 0.75% concentration: Use 0.75 grams of Pure-Adenosine™.
    • For 1.0% concentration: Use 1.0 grams of Pure-Adenosine™.
  • Disperse the Pure-Adenosine™ powder into the prepared cream or gel base, adjusting the pH to be within the range of 3.5-6.5.
