Question
I have questions regarding the compatibility of certain ingredients and a specific BHA formulation:
- Can Reservoir-Tech be used together with Activated Resorcinol?
- Can Activated Resorcinol be used together with Willow Bark Extract?
- For a formulation using Glycol-soluble BHA alone with the following composition: Water 88%, PPG 10%, BHA 2%. Will adjusting the pH be necessary or sufficient to prevent precipitation?

Based on the information provided:
- Reservoir-Tech (ID 1246) cannot be used together with Activated Resorcinol (ID 493).
- Activated Resorcinol (ID 493) can be used together with Willow Bark Extract (ID 1117).
- Regarding the formulation with Water (88%), PPG (10%), and BHA (Salicylic Acid, ID 148) (2%), this formulation cannot be done and will result in precipitation. Adjusting the pH will not resolve this issue.
