I received my order via Alpha Fast, but there was a shipping delay of 1-3 days during which the ingredients were kept at room temperature. I am concerned about the quality and effectiveness of the heat-sensitive ingredients after this delay.
Additionally, I would like to inquire if it is possible to choose Kerry Express for future shipments instead of Alpha Fast.
