I am developing a cream formula targeting skin lifting, wrinkle reduction, and whitening. I am using Light Cream Maker™ for the base. My formula includes the following active ingredients:

Lift-Now™
Matrixyl 3000
Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 (Argireline)
Repair Activator™
Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate (Pitera)
Alpha Arbutin
Bisabolol

I previously had difficulties formulating with DMAE Liquid due to its electrolyte nature causing the cream/gel base to weaken. Will this new formula, without DMAE and using Light Cream Maker™, be suitable and effective for my goals? Are there any potential formulation issues with these ingredients and Light Cream Maker™?
