I would like to inquire about the availability of testers for the following ingredients:
- Kinetin
- Bifida Ferment Lysate
- Tranexamic Acid
Will these ingredients be available as testers, and is there any update on the tester program?
Answer
Based on the information received from the staff, the lab team has no plans to include these three ingredients (Kinetin, Bifida Ferment Lysate, and Tranexamic Acid) in testers. The tester program will also be discontinued soon due to high order volume and the lab team needing to focus resources on developing new ingredients.
