I have two issues regarding a recent order:

1. The product label faded/disappeared before I even opened the bottle. The bottle also arrived stained with oil from other bottles. Could you please use higher quality ink for the labels and improve packaging quality control?
2. Could you please check my purchase history for products around 200g? My online purchase history on myskin.com seems incomplete.
