I would like to inquire about the products listed under "ready use". Are these items provided as pre-measured ingredients for customers to mix themselves, or are they finished products?
Answer
Based on the staff's reply, the mixing service for "ready use" items is currently unavailable. Ordering from the "ready use" menu does not provide you with pre-measured ingredients to mix yourself. If you want to mix a formulation yourself, you should order the individual components instead, which are available for delivery within 1-3 days.
