Answer
Thank you for your valuable suggestions regarding new ingredients!
We appreciate you sharing the information about Diglucosyl Gallic Acid (Brightenyl) and Polyglutamic Acid.
Regarding Polyglutamic Acid, as the staff mentioned, this ingredient is already available in our store under the name Natto Gum (Polyglutamic Acid). It is indeed known for its excellent moisturizing properties, ability to stimulate NMF, and high water-binding capacity, offering benefits similar to or exceeding Hyaluronic Acid.
For Diglucosyl Gallic Acid, while it is a very interesting ingredient with promising research, we have decided to import the parent compound, Gallic Acid, at this time. This is primarily due to cost considerations, as Gallic Acid is significantly more affordable. Based on the research you shared, Gallic Acid itself also shows beneficial effects on skin whitening by interfering with melanin production pathways. We expect Gallic Acid to arrive for quality testing late this month and hope to make it available for sale around mid-next month if tests are successful.
Thank you again for your contribution and interest in our products!
