I am experiencing issues with the product Slim-Burn™. It has a strong odor, and the plastic packaging seems to be melted or softened.

Based on the staff's reply, it appears the issue you encountered with Slimburn, including the strong smell and melted/softened plastic packaging, is due to the product being packaged in a material that is not suitable for Slim-Burn™.
