Answer
Subject: Lavender water
Regarding Lavender Water, while it provides a pleasant scent and a natural feel, the concentration of active ingredients is very low. You cannot expect significant skin benefits from it alone; it is primarily scented water.
Regarding the ingredients you listed:
- Niacinamide
- MSM
- Licochalcone A (from Licorice Extract)
- Zn PCA
- Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate
- Apple Stem Cell Extract
- Plankton Extract
- Rhamnose
- Ethylhexylglycerin (often used with preservatives)
All these ingredients are generally compatible with Lavender Water as a base, except for Polyaminopropyl Biguanide (listed as "Eye Preserved"). Polyaminopropyl Biguanide is expected to be incompatible with Licorice Extract and Apple Stem Cell Extract.
Therefore, if you plan to use Licorice Extract and Apple Stem Cell Extract in your formulation, please choose a different preservative instead of Polyaminopropyl Biguanide.
