I want to use Lavender Water as a base for a formulation. Can I use the following ingredients with it, and are they all compatible, especially with Eye Preserved (Polyaminopropyl Biguanide)? Niacinamide MSM Licochalcone A (from Licorice Extract) Zn PCA Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate Apple Stem Cell Extract Plankton Extract Rhamnose Ethylhexylglycerin Eye Preserved (Polyaminopropyl Biguanide)
