Light Sunscreen Formulation (500ml)

This formula is designed to be light and non-greasy, suitable for daily use on both face and body. It provides broad-spectrum UV protection for daytime use. While sunscreen is not necessary at night, the base texture of this formula is light and can be used as a simple moisturizing lotion if desired.

Ingredients:

• Water: 401.5 g (80.3%)
• SPF Protect Ultra™ II: 75 g (15%) - Provides broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection. At 15%, it can achieve SPF50, PA++.
• Milk Lotion Maker™: 15 g (3%) - An emulsifier that helps create a light, milky lotion texture.
• Satin Cream Maker™: 3.5 g (0.7%) - An emulsifier and thickener that contributes to a soft, smooth texture and helps stabilize the emulsion.
• Mild Preserved Eco™ (Preservative-Free): 5 g (1%) - A gentle, non-classified preservative to protect the formula from microbial growth.

Total: 500 g (100%)

Procedure:

1. Oil Phase: Combine SPF Protect Ultra™ II and Milk Lotion Maker™. Heat this mixture to 70°C and stir until homogeneous.
2. Water Phase: Heat Water to 60-70°C.
3. Emulsification: While mixing the Oil Phase at high speed, gradually add the heated Water Phase. Continue blending at high speed for at least 15 minutes while the mixture cools down to form an emulsion.
4. Thickening: Add Satin Cream Maker™ to the emulsion and whisk until it is completely dissolved and the cream thickens.
5. Preservation: Add Mild Preserved Eco™ (Preservative-Free) and blend until fully incorporated.
