Regarding your request for a non-greasy, easily absorbed, moisturizing lotion formulation with a strong, long-lasting fragrance similar to Bath & Body Works, the staff has provided an adjusted formula and detailed instructions.

Here is the recommended formula:

• EDTA: 0.2%
• Niacinamide: 5%
• Glycerin: 5%
• Shea Butter: 5%
• Cyclomethicone: 10%
• Cetearyl Alcohol: 5%
• Activated Resorcinol: 1%
• Phenoxyethanol: 1%
• Fragrance: 5%
• Last-Fix: 5%
• Milk Lotion Maker: 3%
• Water: Remaining portion

Mixing Instructions:

1. Combine Shea Butter, Cyclomethicone, Cetearyl Alcohol, Last-Fix, and Milk Lotion Maker. Heat this oil phase mixture to 80°C until fully dissolved.
2. Combine EDTA, Niacinamide, Glycerin, and Water. Heat this water phase mixture to 70-80°C.
3. Slowly add the heated water phase to the heated oil phase while continuously stirring or blending. Blend at low speed until the mixture cools down to below 50°C.
4. Once the mixture is below 50°C, add Activated Resorcinol, Phenoxyethanol, and Fragrance. Blend for at least 5 minutes to ensure Activated Resorcinol is fully dissolved.

For fragrance, the formula includes 5% fragrance and 5% Last-Fix to help with longevity. The staff previously mentioned that you could try 2-3% fragrance and increase if needed, but advised patch testing for higher concentrations. The current formula uses 5%.
