Question

Can MakeGlow™ Powder be dissolved for use in a cream formulation, or is a different form needed?

Answer

MakeGlow™ Powder (Bismuth Oxychloride) is a powder type designed for use in mineral makeup powder formulations. It is not soluble and should be mixed into powder bases.

For cream formulations, the appropriate product is MakeGlow™ Liquid (Bismuth Oxychloride). This is a liquid dispersion of Bismuth Oxychloride that is suitable for mixing into lotion, gel, spray, toner, essence, and cream formulas to provide a dewy effect.

Therefore, you should use MakeGlow™ Liquid for your cream formulation, not the powder version.
