Makeup Remover Toner Formula

For a simple makeup remover toner formula, you can use MakeUp-Wash™ as the main ingredient. This is an extra gentle cleansing agent that forms micelles, helping to effectively remove makeup residue without drying out the skin.

Additionally, you can add Witch Hazel (Alcohol Free, Paraben Free) Plus Allantoin to help soothe the skin, reduce irritation, and tighten pores.

Basic Example Formula:

• MakeUp-Wash™: 3%
• Witch Hazel (Alcohol Free, Paraben Free) Plus Allantoin: 10%
• Distilled Water: 87%
• Preservative: According to manufacturer's recommendation

Instructions:
Slowly add MakeUp-Wash™ to the distilled water and stir until combined. Then add Witch Hazel (Alcohol Free, Paraben Free) Plus Allantoin and the preservative, stirring again until well mixed.
