Mixer in the video

The mixer used in the video demonstrating Water in Oil EZ is a magnetic stirrer. This is laboratory equipment and is not suitable for mixing cosmetics in large quantities; it's typically used for small volumes. It is also quite expensive (tens of thousands of baht) and we do not sell it.
For mixing cosmetics, we recommend using an overhead stirrer.

Substituting LipidSoft Dry in the Retinal formula

You can substitute LipidSoft Dry with other types of LipidSoft. However, Isohexadecane is not suitable as it cannot help dissolve Retinal.

Reducing LipidSoft Dry and FloraSolve amounts

The recommended formula uses amounts of LipidSoft Dry and FloraSolve that are known to effectively dissolve Retinal. We do not have precise data on the minimum amounts required for dissolution. You can try reducing the amounts, but you must test the resulting mixture to ensure that the Retinal powder is completely dissolved and no residue is felt on the skin. If there is no undissolved powder, you can use the reduced amounts.

Increasing Retinal to 0.1%

If you increase the concentration of Retinal to 0.1%, you will also need to check if the Retinal dissolves completely in the formula. If you find any undissolved Retinal powder, you will need to increase the amounts of LipidSoft and FloraSolve accordingly to ensure full dissolution.
