• Cyclomethicone (Cyclomethicone/Cyclopentasiloxane): 65% (remaining to 100%)

Here are the recommended mixing instructions:

1. Weigh the Cyclomethicone, Oil Stick™ Hard, and Oil Stick™ Medium according to your desired batch size.

4. Once dissolved, remove the mixture from the heat.
5. Weigh the Anti-Sweat™ (Aluminum Chlorohydrate), Silk Talc Powder, and AminoSilk™ (Lauroyl Lysine).
6. Add the weighed powders (Anti-Sweat™, Silk Talc Powder, and AminoSilk™) to the heated liquid mixture.
7. Mix thoroughly to ensure the powders are evenly dispersed throughout the liquid. Note that due to the high percentage of powders, some settling may occur upon cooling if not mixed with a high-shear mixer or homogenizer.
8. Immediately pour the mixture into your deodorant stick molds before it begins to solidify.
9. Allow the sticks to cool completely at room temperature or in a refrigerator until fully solid.
