Question

Can I mix Lemon Skin™ (Lemon Peel Bioferment) into Natural-C Glycol™ (Stabilized Vitamin C Serum)? I am concerned if mixing will affect the stability of the Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid) in Natural-C Glycol™.

Answer

Mixing Lemon Skin™ with Natural-C Glycol™

Based on the product information, it is not recommended to mix Lemon Skin™ (Lemon Peel Bioferment) directly into Natural-C Glycol™ (Stabilized Vitamin C Serum).

Natural-C Glycol™ is formulated as a ready-made serum intended for use at 100%. The product description explicitly states that it is not suitable for mixing any additional ingredients because this may affect the stability of the Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid) it contains. Adding other ingredients like Lemon Skin™ could potentially destabilize the Vitamin C, reducing its effectiveness.

If you wish to combine the benefits of both ingredients, it would be better to formulate a new product where both ingredients are incorporated correctly from the beginning, ensuring the stability of the final mixture. Mixing ingredients into a finished product like Natural-C Glycol™ is generally not advised unless specifically indicated by the manufacturer.
