I am formulating a liquid product containing Vitamin B5, Organic Natural Thickener, water, and Coco Wash. Is it correct to mix the Vitamin B5 and Organic Natural Thickener with water first before adding the Coco Wash? What is the reason behind this recommended mixing order?
