When adding Titanium Dioxide 15nm Liquid to a lotion or cream base, do I need to mix it with water before heating the Titanium Dioxide Liquid? What is the recommended procedure for combining them?

Hello,
You do not need to mix with water before heating. You can heat the Titanium Dioxide 15nm Liquid directly. You should also heat your existing lotion/cream base to a similar temperature (60-70 degrees Celsius) before combining them. This will help them mix together easily and smoothly.
