Natural, Alcohol-Free Reed Diffuser Base

You're right, thick oils like Sweet Almond Oil often don't work well as reed diffuser bases because they are too viscous to travel up the reeds effectively, resulting in poor fragrance diffusion.

For a natural, alcohol-free option that provides good diffusion, you can use a specially designed reed diffuser base. We recommend Reed Diffuser Base (Type 1).

This base is specifically formulated to dissolve fragrances and help them diffuse easily and completely through reeds without leaving residue. Importantly, it does not contain alcohol, Dipropylene Glycol, or Propylene Glycol.

Usage Rate:

• Use the base at approximately 70-75% of the total formula.
• Add your fragrance oil or essential oil at 25-30%.

Note: Reed Diffuser Base (Type 1) has a weaker inherent scent compared to Type 2, making it suitable for use with lighter or more delicate fragrances where you don't want the base scent to interfere.
