I am developing an oil-in-water cream formulation for moisturizing and whitening the body using Fractionated Coconut Oil (11%) and Oxyresveratrol extract (5%). I was considering using Tween 80 as the emulsifier.

Could you please advise on the appropriate emulsifier and a suitable formulation structure, including recommended percentages for ingredients like EDTA, the emulsifier, and a preservative? I have Satin Cream Maker and Phenoxyethanol SA (Optiphen Plus) available. Also, please comment on the suitability of the final formula for different skin types.
