Perfume Bottle Stopper Dissolving and Leakage Issue

Question

I have ordered several perfume bottles (friendly boy, ginger garden, fresh rose, grass lawn) and encountered an issue where the bottle stoppers have dissolved. This has caused the perfume to leak out and made the bottles difficult to open. I previously ordered Ylang Oil and Orange Oil which came in a "jelly tip vial" packaging that I found much better. Could you please address the issue with the dissolving stoppers and consider using the "jelly tip vial" packaging for these perfumes in the future?

Answer

Based on your report, you experienced issues with the stoppers of the perfume bottles (friendly boy, ginger garden, fresh rose, grass lawn) dissolving and causing leakage, making them difficult to open. You also mentioned a preference for the "jelly tip vial" packaging used for previous orders of Ylang Oil and Orange Oil.

The staff has responded to your concern:

  • They have apologized for the problem.
  • They have offered a full refund for the damaged items.
  • They will inform beScents to investigate the packaging issue and work towards a solution.

This confirms that your feedback has been received and action is being taken to address both the immediate issue (refund) and the underlying cause (packaging).
