Pink Colorants for Serum

• Dried rose buds: These are natural and suitable for water-based formulas. They provide a subtle pink color and do not bleed. Rose extracts are known for their soothing and antioxidant properties, offering potential skin benefits.
• Water-soluble colorants: Products like Glow Pink are water-soluble fluorescent colors that can give a vibrant pink hue to a clear serum base. Note that fluorescent colors are primarily for visual effect and do not offer skin benefits.
• Pigments (Mica, Ultramarine Pink): Pigments like Flower Pink Mica, Pretty Pink Mica, Ultramarine Pink, or Red Pink Super Sparkle Mica provide color but are typically used in makeup formulations. They need to be properly dispersed in the serum base and do not offer skin benefits. Mica can also add a shimmery effect depending on the particle size.
