What is the availability status of a product currently showing as unavailable, and what is the procedure for ordering it, especially considering the difference between existing and new customers?

Product Availability Update

Regarding the product you are trying to purchase that shows as unavailable, the staff has provided an update:

  • The product will be available for retail purchase as usual until the end of 2019.
  • The last batch will be produced around late 2019.
  • The company may have remaining stock for sale for approximately 3-6 months after that.
  • The product will no longer be available after around March-June 2020.

How to Order (for existing customers):

If you have a purchase history with the company, you can place an order for other items as usual and then email customer relations at care@myskinrecipes.com to add the discontinued item to your order.

For New Customers:

If you are a new customer, it is recommended to choose other ingredients that do not have a planned discontinuation date in the future.
