I have two questions regarding your products:
- For Salicylic Acid EZ™, is it necessary to adjust the pH to an acidic range of 3-4?
- Why is LHA (Capryloyl Salicylic Acid) no longer available on the website?

Based on the staff's reply:
- For Salicylic Acid EZ™ (Product ID 766), it is not necessary to adjust the pH to 3-4. The pH will naturally be around 3-4 after mixing.
- For LHA (Capryloyl Salicylic Acid, Product ID 768), the product model has changed. A new type is expected to be available for sale next week.
