1. Cleansing Essence Pad (Morning Pad / Makeup Remover Pad)
If the pad is intended to clean the skin, remove excess oil, or wipe away light makeup:
- Recommended Rate: 3% - 5%
- This concentration provides effective micellar cleansing action to lift dirt and makeup from the pores while maintaining skin moisture (re-fatting effect).
2. Treatment Essence Pad (Leave-on / Toner Pad)
If the pad is intended primarily as a leave-on treatment to deliver nutrients and hydration:
- Recommended Rate: 1% - 2%
- At this lower level, it acts as a mild emollient and helps solubilize other ingredients in the formula without leaving a sticky residue or requiring rinsing.
