By removing Panthenol, Rice Vitamin, Double Hyaluron Liquid, and Hi-EGCG™, and reducing the concentrations of Safe-B3™ (Niacinamide), GlucoBright™ (N-Acetyl Glucosamine), and Pure MSM™, the overall level of potentially sticky ingredients is decreased, which should result in a less tacky feel after application. The water percentage has been adjusted to ensure the formula totals 100%.
