I have developed a facial spray formula aiming for a refreshing and oil control effect. I have successfully resolved the solubility issues with Sebum-Reg™ and CoolTouch™. However, after spraying, the formula feels slightly sticky on the skin. Based on my formula, how can I adjust it to reduce this stickiness?
My current formula is:
