2. Is the mixing method correct? The mixing method needs adjustment. Please follow these steps:
   • Water Phase: Combine sterile distilled water, Disodium EDTA, GlucoBright™, Safe-B3™, Butter Milk Flavor, and Phenoxyethanol SA (Optiphen Plus). Mix until dissolved.
   • Oil Phase: Combine LipidSoft, Activated Resorcinol, and Bisabolol. Add Light Cream Maker to the oil phase and mix.
   • Combine Phases: Slowly add the water phase mixture into the oil phase mixture while stirring until fully combined and emulsified into a cream.
   • Final Step: Add Reservoir-Tech (3%) and mix thoroughly.
3. Should pH be measured? Measuring pH is not necessary. The formula will naturally have a neutral to slightly acidic pH, which is suitable for the skin.
4. Scent strength of Butter Milk Flavor at 1%? At 1%, the Butter Milk Flavor will provide a very weak scent. Flavors are generally not strong fragrances and are more suitable for products intended for the lips or mouth. If you want a noticeable scent, it is recommended to use a fragrance instead.
