I would like to request a review and advice on two cosmetic formulations I have developed:
Face Cream (Anti-Aging/Brightening for Mature, Dry to Normal Skin): This formula is designed for mature skin with a tendency towards dryness to normal, focusing on anti-aging and brightening benefits. My current proposed formula is:
- Water: 80.8%
- Rice Bran Oil: 4%
- Pep®-Coll (Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5): 2%
- Safe-B3™ (Niacinamide): 2%
- Light Cream Maker: 2%
- White Cumin (Tetrahydrocurcuminoids): 1%
- Mild Preserved Eco™ (Ethylhexylglycerin, Caprylyl Glycol): 0.8%
- Fragrance: 0.5%
- Hydro Protein (Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein): 0.5%
- EDTA (Disodium EDTA): 0.2%
- Vit E Acetate (Tocopheryl Acetate): 0.2%
- Polysorbate: 2%
Could you please review this formulation and offer any suggestions for improvement?
Eye Cream: I also have a specific formulation for an eye cream that I would like the expert to review for suitability and effectiveness.

Based on your skin type (dry to normal), the staff recommends the following adjustments to your proposed formula:
