Scale Calibration Issue

I have followed the calibration instructions for the scale, which involve pressing the MODE button for approximately 5 seconds until the display shows `CAL`, then pressing the MODE button again until the display shows `200`, and finally placing the 200g calibration weights on the scale and waiting.

However, the scale does not show `PASS` after placing the weights as expected. What could be the issue, and how can I resolve this calibration problem?
