Question
I have a serum formula for hydration and want the texture to be light enough to be used with a dropper.
Based on the percentages in my formula:
- Is the texture expected to be light and suitable for a dropper?
- Will I need to adjust the formula, for example, by adding something like
Pro Polymer Silk?
Answer
Regarding your serum formula for hydration with a light texture suitable for a dropper bottle:
Based on the previous feedback from the staff, the formula you provided is considered suitable. The staff mentioned that if the texture is too liquid, you can add more Pro Polymer Silk later. This suggests that the current percentages are likely to result in a light texture, possibly even requiring additional thickener if you prefer it slightly more viscous.
Therefore, the percentages in your formula do not appear to be too high for achieving a light, dropper-friendly serum.
