It could feel heavy, greasy from the mineral oil and silicones, and potentially gritty due to poorly dispersed Zinc Oxide. It is highly likely to feel sticky or unpleasant on the skin.

To create a stable serum with these types of ingredients, it is highly recommended to use a base designed to handle both water and oil phases, such as Silky Serum Base Plus. You would also need to carefully consider the incorporation methods and potential interactions of the active ingredients like MSH White™ and Sym-White™, and ensure proper dispersion of the Zinc Oxide, possibly by adjusting the ratio of silicone or adding dispersing aids.
