Based on your request to replace the retinoids (Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate and Retinol) in your current serum with RETINAT™ (Starfish Extract), and considering your skin type (oily, large pores, minor wrinkles) and preference for a heat-free formulation as discussed with the staff, here is the proposed serum formula:

Proposed Serum Formula (Heat-Free, for Oily Skin)

This formula is designed to be a lightweight serum suitable for oily skin, incorporating RETINAT™ as the key active ingredient along with others that help balance oiliness and strengthen the skin.

Ingredients and Percentages:

1. RETINAT™ (Starfish Extract): 1.6% (Replaces Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate and Retinol)
2. Safe-B3 (Niacinamide): 5% (Helps strengthen skin and reduce excess oil)
3. Licorice Extract (Licochalcone A): 1% (Helps strengthen skin and reduce excess oil)
4. Bisabolol: 1% (Soothing ingredient)
5. Reservoir-Tech: 3% (Helps deliver and retain ingredients in the skin)
6. Satin Cream Maker: 1.5% (Provides serum texture without heat)
7. Mild Preserved Eco: 1% (Preservative)
8. Water: Remaining percentage

• Note: Ethyl Linoleate and Tasmannia Lanceolata Fruit/Leaf Extract from your original formula are excluded. Ethyl Linoleate is an oil not recommended for oily skin, and Tasmannia Lanceolata Fruit/Leaf Extract is not available.*

Mixing Instructions (Heat-Free Method):

1. Add RETINAT™ (1), Safe-B3 (2), and Licorice Extract (3) to Water (8). Stir until completely dissolved.
2. Add Satin Cream Maker (6) to the mixture. Stir or blend until the texture becomes cloudy white.
3. Add Bisabolol (4) and Reservoir-Tech (5) to the mixture. Stir or blend until a white cream-like texture is achieved.
4. Finally, add Mild Preserved Eco (7) and stir to combine.

This formula provides a heat-free alternative focusing on RETINAT™ for anti-aging benefits, combined with ingredients to address oiliness and improve skin barrier function.
