Oil Phase Ingredients:

- GlucoBright 4%
- beta glucan 5%
- Rose Hip Oil 10%

Answer
Hello,
Regarding the mixing instructions for the serum formula, based on the staff's explanation:
First, you need to separate the ingredients into two phases:
Water Phase:
- Witch Hazel (Distilled - Alcohol Free) (the rest)
- Vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopherol) 0.5%
- LipidSoft CC 5%
- Disodium EDTA 0.2%
- Vitamin B3 5%
- Ethoxydiglycol 20%
- Eye Preserved™ (Polyaminopropyl Biguanide) 0.5%
Oil Phase:
- Perfect-C™ 10%
- GlucoBright 4%
- beta glucan 5%
- Rose Hip Oil 10%
- soft Cream Maker™ 5%
Mixing Procedure:
- Mix all ingredients in the Water Phase together until well combined.
- Mix all ingredients in the Oil Phase together until well combined. (Note: The staff mentioned potentially needing to heat the oil phase if using a cream maker that requires heat, then adding the water phase while the oil phase is still warm and stirring).
- Gradually add the Water Phase mixture into the Oil Phase mixture while continuously stirring or mixing.
Your proposed mixing order (mixing ingredients from both phases together initially) is not the correct approach according to the staff's instructions. You should mix each phase separately first, and then combine the two phases by adding the water phase to the oil phase.
Hope this clarifies the steps!
