2. Disperse Pro Polymer™: Slowly sprinkle Pro Polymer™ (1%) into the distilled water. Stir or mix at medium speed to ensure the Pro Polymer™ is fully dispersed in the water without clumping (at this stage, it will not be thick).
3. Add Other Water-Soluble Ingredients: Add Skin-mimic™ (5%) and Plankton Artemia Extract (2%) to the water and Pro Polymer™ dispersion. Mix until well combined.
4. Adjust pH and Create Gel Texture: Slowly add a basic pH adjuster, such as Triethanolamine (TEA) or other suitable pH adjusters (often used as a 10% solution), drop by drop while stirring or mixing continuously. The mixture will start to thicken into a serum gel consistency. Continue adding until the desired viscosity is achieved and the pH is suitable for skin (generally around 5.5-6.5).
5. Add Preservative: Add Mild Preserved Eco™ (1%) to the resulting serum gel. Mix thoroughly.
6. Check and Package: Check the final serum for consistency. You may want to check the pH again before packaging into a dropper bottle.
