Regarding Sodium Lactate (60% liquid), the usage rate is stated as 2-5%. Does this mean the 60% liquid solution can be used directly at 2-5% in the formulation, or is this percentage referring to the active ingredient amount, requiring calculation based on the 60% concentration?

The retail size of Hydrogel has been discontinued. It is now only available in kilogram size. If you are interested in purchasing the kilogram size, please contact customer service directly at care@myskinrecipes.com for a price quote. The staff reply did not suggest alternative products.
